End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Apex Byte Studios for the use of any application or game we publish (the "Software").

License Grant. Apex Byte Studios grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Software, except as permitted by applicable law.

Ownership. All intellectual property rights in and to the Software are and shall remain the property of Apex Byte Studios and its licensors.

No Warranty. The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Byte Studios disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Termination. This EULA is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term.
